Common Causes:
1) Make sure your pinch rollers are the same tension.
2) Make sure you have the proper blade offset.
3) Your pinch rollers may be just plain worn out. If the above two didn't work, try replacing the rollers. One year of use is their average effective lifetime.

How do you 1) change the pinch rollers and 2) make sure the blade is offset properly?
How do you adjust the tension of the pinch rollers?
Adjusting the pinch rollers on the CR-630 is easy. Under the handle is a brass screw. The amount this screw is screwed down determines the tension. More important than the tension (Though it is important) is that both of them are even with each other.
